Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Valheon Solutions LLC (operating as Valheon Solutions across valheonsolutions.com, valheon.com, and our affiliated SaaS and educational platforms, collectively "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information from users and customers.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to deliver our software platforms, verify user eligibility, process transactions, and provide customer support:

  • Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, organization name, billing address, and telephone number when you register for an account, request a software build, or contact support.
  • Payment & Verification Information: Payment card details, billing zip code, and transaction history when you purchase a subscription, pay a digital invoice, or complete adult account identity verification on our educational platforms. Raw payment card numbers are collected directly by our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) and are never stored on Valheon Solutions servers.
  • Technical & Usage Telemetry: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session cookies, and application error logs needed to maintain system security and performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected for the following specific business purposes:

  • To provision, operate, and maintain our cloud SaaS applications, educational technology platforms, and custom web software.
  • To process recurring subscription payments, one-time digital invoices, and adult identity verification holds.
  • To send transactional receipts, invoice notifications, security alerts, and customer support responses.
  • To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or abuse of our services.
  • To comply with applicable federal and state tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

3. Parties to Whom Information Is Disclosed & Method of Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. We disclose limited information only to trusted infrastructure and compliance partners strictly as necessary to operate our services:

  • Payment Processing (Stripe, Inc.): Billing and payment data is transmitted directly from your browser to Stripe via encrypted TLS 1.3 API connections to authorize charges, detect fraud, and settle funds.
  • Cloud Hosting & Edge Security (Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Cloudflare): Technical telemetry and application data are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels to host our web applications and protect against DDoS attacks.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose records if required to do so by law, subpoena, or regulatory audit.

4. Security Practices & Safeguards

We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and cryptographic safeguards to protect your information:

  • Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All web traffic and API payloads are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS). Sensitive database records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Zero Raw Card Storage (PCI-DSS Compliance): All payment inputs use Stripe Elements / Stripe Checkout tokenization so cardholder data never touches or resides on our servers.
  • Least-Privilege Access Controls: Production infrastructure is restricted by multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access controls, and automated security auditing.

5. Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights

We retain account and transaction records only for as long as necessary to provide active services and satisfy IRS tax and accounting retention requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
